By using the Eortí platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Eortí provides a digital platform for invitations, RSVP, guest management, seating plans, wishes, templates, billing and event administration for weddings, baptisms and related events.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity conducted through it. You must not share your login credentials with third parties.
4. Plans & Payments

The platform, software, templates and Eortí design assets are protected by intellectual property rights. Content you add to the platform remains yours or that of its lawful owners.

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts in case of terms violations or security risks affecting the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eortí is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
