Eortí is a digital event management platform based in Greece. We provide tools for digital invitations, RSVP, guest management, seating plans, wishes and event administration.

2. Data We Collect

Account details: email, display name

Event information: title, date, ceremony and reception details

Guest lists: names, contact details, RSVP, notes

Guest wishes and seating assignments where used

Technical data: IP, browser, cookies and basic usage logs

3. Purposes of Processing

We use data to operate your account, publish invitations, collect RSVPs, manage guests, process billing, secure the service and improve the user experience.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based primarily on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, consent where required and our legitimate interests in security and service reliability.

5. Data Sharing

Data may be processed by infrastructure, payments, email and analytics providers only to the extent required to operate the platform. We do not sell personal data.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details inside our application.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, security and core app functionality. Optional analytics cookies are enabled only with consent where applicable.

7. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards such as TLS encryption, access controls, role restrictions and data protection logic to prevent unauthorized access.
